Karina and Maksim- In No Rush to Wed

These two happily announced their engagement just five months ago, but “Dancing with the Stars” pros Karina Smirnoff and Maksim Chmerkovskiy are in no rush for their nuptials.

The couple has decided that, “Next June is when we want to have the wedding,” says Chmerkovskiy. “We are currently interviewing a few wedding planners because we figure we could use professional help.”

Between all the planning, Chmerkovskiy and Smirnoff say they will be doing some traveling this summer – although something they won’t be doing is rushing to find the right venue, the right outfits, or the right wedding rings.

In other news, Chmerkovskiy is starring in ABC’s upcoming athletic reality competition show “The Superstars,” which premieres June 23.
